By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making bookings or inquiries. You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. This includes access to water, electricity, and a safe working environment. The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable for our staff. Any delays or disruptions caused by the Client may impact service delivery and could result in additional charges.
3. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. While we strive to accommodate your preferred date and time, we cannot guarantee availability during peak periods. Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure their desired schedule. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional fees. We aim to be punctual, but unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may occasionally cause delays.
4. Pricing & Payments
Our pricing is based on the type of service, size of the property, level of cleaning required, and any special requests. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from those initially described. Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For eCommerce purchases, full payment is required at checkout through our secure payment system. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed quote.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine cases.
6. Service Satisfaction
Cape Star Cleaners is committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. Upon review, we may offer a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost. Satisfaction claims must be reasonable and relate to the agreed scope of work. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered unless under exceptional circumstances.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to deliver services with care and professionalism, the Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured. Clients are responsible for informing us of any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items prior to service. We are not responsible for damage resulting from faulty installations, poor maintenance, or normal deterioration. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, in accordance with applicable laws.
8. eCommerce Terms
8.1 Product Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders if necessary. In the event that a product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide a suitable alternative or refund.
8.2 Shipping & Delivery

Service Agreement (Cleaning Services Contract)
This Service Agreement is entered into between Cape Star Cleaners (“Service Provider”) and the Client (“Customer”) upon booking or acceptance of services.
1. Scope of Services
Cape Star Cleaners agrees to provide professional cleaning services as requested by the Client. Services may include residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, and other specialized services. The exact scope of work will be agreed upon prior to service delivery.
2. Service Schedule
Services will be performed on agreed dates and times. The Client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. Any delays or failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate service details
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Secure or remove fragile and valuable items
- Provide access to water and electricity if required
Cape Star Cleaners will not be held responsible for damage to items not properly secured.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Service fees will be communicated in advance and may vary based on the scope of work. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify Cape Star Cleaners within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and may offer a re-clean where appropriate.
7. Liability & Damages
Cape Star Cleaners will take reasonable care while performing services. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage
- We are not responsible for normal wear and tear
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Health & Safety
The Client must inform us of any hazards, chemicals, or risks on the premises. Cape Star Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.
9. Confidentiality
All client information and property details will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, provided reasonable notice is given. Cape Star Cleaners reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
12. Acceptance of Agreement
By booking or using our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
